Receipt-me.com is a digital service operated by GetSkipa LLC.
Receipt-me.com provides custom-generated digital art files. Due to the nature of digital content and its immediate delivery via instant direct download, all sales are final. Once the watermark-free file has been generated and delivered following a successful payment, the transaction is non-refundable.
By using this service and uploading any image during the build process, the user affirms that they own the image or possess explicit legal permission from the copyright holder to use and modify said image for the creation of this product.
GetSkipa LLC is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for, any legal disputes or copyright claims arising from the user's unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
Receipt-me.com utilizes a mandatory review gate. This allows the user to inspect their custom layout, text synchronization, and photo alignment in full before any payment is processed.
By clicking "ACCEPT & PAY," the user acknowledges that they have reviewed the final rendering and are satisfied with the result—including any image distortion, cropping, or resolution issues. No refunds will be issued for visual elements that were visible and approved by the user during the Proof stage.
In the event of a genuine technical failure (e.g., payment was processed but no download link was provided, or the file is corrupted), please contact admin@getskipa.com within 7 days. We will work to ensure you receive the high-resolution version of the specific design you approved.
Note: This policy is designed to protect both the consumer and the creator by ensuring a "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) experience via the Final Proof system.
